Responsibilities include Create Design Pitches Use AI for Concept Creations and always look out for automation for design production works Manage Resources within the team to suit the project needs Lead Design and Change Management as per the need of the Client/Investors and Stake holders. Lead a team of Architects (Design and Technical), CAD/BIM Technicians /Visualizers/Graphic Designers to deliver projects from Feasibility till Schematics and act as a Design Guardian till TOK Preparation. Key Deliverables shall be Feasibility, Pre-Concept, Concept, Preliminary Design Approval Kit, Sales and Marketing Kit, as per the benchmarks of the Studio. Promote teamwork within architectural and multi-disciplinary teams, maintaining positive moral and instilling a creative culture within the team. Ensure all Stakeholder value adds, and design decisions are incorporated in the workflow outcome. Proactively take accountability for the accuracy of project documents (including but not limited to drawings, design reports, etc.) and ensure they meet Client requirements and Industry Standards. Take responsibility for preparation of discipline drawings for submission to the necessary Statutory Authorities with the team. Develop knowledge of local & international codes, regulations, submission requirements and constantly update the Studio Practice Guides for teams’ design and technical excellence Lead Team meetings and brings ideas and solutions to the table. Plan for and apply Safety in Design principles throughout all design stages of a project. Provide guidance and mentor team. Take up Research and Development of solutions/products that would enhance the studio’s performance, resolve project needs and achieve betterment of end results to client/investors and stake holders. Build network of suppliers, contractors, and other business partnerships for project delivery. Work towards checking the design from cost, constructability, maintenance, and sustainability aspects. Ensure a traceable record is maintained of all key design decisions including justification and approvals. Work closely with Authority coordinator to adhere to the local authority guidelines during the design & development of the project. Be vigilant of advances made in the field of Architecture and take up the opportunities by attending technical seminars, workshops and impart the same technical knowledge to the entire team. The candidate must possess immense amount of Residential, Retail and mixed-use project experience. Villas, low-rise, medium and super high-rise experience is mandatory.
