We are seeking a skilled Senior BIM Modeler with a focus on Electrical services to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in MEP, with expertise in developing Electrical BIM Models ranging from LOD 200 to LOD 500. Responsibilities : Develop Electrical BIM Models with a focus on LOD 200 to LOD 500. Expertise in shop drawings, clash detection, coordination, parametric families, parameters/filters/view setup, and understanding installation and construction processes for electrical elements/items. e.g. cable trays, lighting installation, in-ground services, Bus duct, HV to LV system, supports/hangers etc. Ability to create Revit work sets and understand the Revit work-sharing process. Collaboration using BIM 360 for effective project coordination. Develop BIM models for Electrical services from the design stage to the as-built stage, coordinating with all other services. Independently produce Revit plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, etc. Should have Knowledge of basic Revit plug-ins. Ability to Work under pressure, respect deadlines, and communicate effectively in English with clients. Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client through regular meetings and written communication. Qualification : - B.Tech, BE, Diploma

Job Profile: Develop schematic level and detailed 3D models for building systems like mechanical, plumbing and/or electrical systems, detailed model for structure, interior and external architectural elements based on 2D drawings and specifications. Produce dimensioned drawings for layout and pre-fabrication from the models. Understand drawings and related project documentation to collect data and add information and link documents to model for various purposes like Facilities Management, Costing, billing and progress tracking. Perform various Quality Checks on the Models for model completeness, alignment with basis of design and design documents. Generate construction drawings / shop drawings(good for construction drawings - (GFC)) Produce Bill of Quantities and materials (BOQ and BOM) from 3D models. Export data from BIM (Building Information Models) to database in MS Access, Excel etc., to analyze and modify data. Compare 2D and 3D data between the different versions to identify and report changes between versions. Candidate Profile: Bachelors degree or Diploma in Architecture, Construction Management and Civil Engineering, or closely related field. At least 3 years of experience in 3D modelling for architectural, structural and civil systems for commercial projects. Proficiency in reading and understanding construction project plans and details related to architectural, structural and civil systems in buildings. Proficiency with BIM Authoring and Analysis tools 3+ year experience in Revit Suite of products (Revit Architecture, Revit Structure), OR, 3+ years experience with structural modelling tools like Tekla Knowledge of AutoCAD Architecture, or related product Knowledge of Civil 3D preferred. Familiarity with Autodesk Inventor desirable. Familiarity with rendering tools like Adobe Photoshop, Autodesk 3Ds Max desirable Additional Skills: Proficiency in reading and understanding construction project plans and details Knowledge of construction management issues Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent listening skills and have strong communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
