BIM Engineer - Lighting

As a BIM Engineer (Lighting), you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality BIM Modelling solutions to enhance the user experience in projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding the lighting design production process - Developing high-quality hand-sketches - Proficiency in software such as Revit, Navisworks, BIM360, AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Sketchup - Providing support in the production of deliverables from concept to tender stages, including: - BIM Modelling of Electrical lighting, glow plans, sections, elevations, sketch details - Basic 3D modeling - Production of Revit, BIM 360, Navisworks, AutoCAD drawings (layouts, details, and zoning) - Production of BOQs, luminaire schedule, and control schedules Key competencies and mandatory skills for this role include: - Ability to work independently with technical understanding of BIM lighting and related disciplines - Accurate production and attention to details - Visual communication of lighting principles - Handling day-to-day project tasks and discussing project issues with colleagues or team leaders Qualifications required for this position are: - Diploma / B E / B.Tech / M.Tech / B.
