Role & responsibilities

Job Type: Full-time

• Prepare coordinated Revit models and shop drawings.
• Develop Revit families, including generic and parametric families, to accurately represent the components.
• Utilize interference checks and clash detection, resolving clashes as per project requirements.
• Create required families based on project specifications and design requirements.
• Collaborate with design engineers to ensure alignment with project objectives and standards.
• Set up projects and templates for design work, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
• Conduct frequent site visits to understand site conditions and resolve clashes as needed.
• Prepare coordinated Revit models, shop drawings, and as-built drawings to reflect project changes and updates.
• Coordinate models with architectural, interior, and structural designs to ensure integration and functionality.

Preferred candidate profile

• Familiarity with other BIM software and tools.
• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical/ Civil Engineering is preferred.
• Extensive experience with REVIT and AUTOCAD 2D & 3D.
• MEP knowledge will be an added advantage.
