Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Engineer - Civil, located in the Greater Kolkata area. The BIM Engineer will be responsible for developing and managing detailed Building Information Models, creating precise construction drawings, and collaborating with teams on architectural, structural, and civil engineering aspects.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in Civil BIM modelling
• Strong hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit / Civil 3D / Navisworks
• Understanding of drawings, quantities, and clash detection
• Ability to collaborate with design, engineering, and project teams

Qualifications:

• Experience with clash detection and 4D/5D BIM deliverables is a plus
