Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced BIM Coordinator to join our Digital Automation Group team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BIM coordination and digital automation, with excellent communication and project management skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate and manage BIM projects from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, developing and implementing effective solutions.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide technical support to resolve problems.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of project files, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
Provide training and support to junior team members on BIM software and methodologies.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of BIM principles, practices, and technologies, including Autodesk Revit and other relevant software.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions, demonstrating strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong understanding of digital automation concepts and their application in various industries.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to changing priorities and deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
