Simulation and analysis such as Simulation engineering, Structural analysis, Stress analysis, Surge analysis, Computational fluid dynamics, detailed engineering services and Building envelope design and simulation. Thermal Imaging Infrared Thermography Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage BIM coordination activities for Mechanical/Electrical systems across multiple projects. Collaborate closely with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to resolve clashes and ensure coordinated design models. Develop, review, and manage detailed Revit models for HVAC, plumbing, fire protection (Mechanical) and electrical/power, lighting, ELV, etc. (Electrical). Conduct and participate in coordination meetings and walkthroughs with internal teams and clients. Perform clash detection using Navisworks and generate clash reports. Ensure all models adhere to project BIM standards, company protocols, and client requirements. Support documentation, extraction of BOQs, and shop drawings from BIM models. Provide technical guidance to junior modelers and engineers. Track model progress, update logs, and ensure timely deliverables. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field. 8 to 12 years of experience in BIM coordination, preferably in large-scale MEP projects. Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, BIM 360. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, international codes (ASHRAE, NFPA, NEC, etc.). Hands-on experience with clash detection, model coordination, and project documentation. Excellent communication and client coordination skills. Ability to work independently and lead coordination meetings.
