Key Responsibilities 1. MEP Coordination - Lead coordination across disciplines (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, etc.) - Review design drawings and resolve system clashes using BIM tools - Conduct coordination meetings and ensure accurate as-built documentation 2. BIM Management & Implementation - Manage BIM models and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) - Oversee model integration, clash detection, and coordination workflows - Mentor junior BIM modelers and coordinators 3. Technical & Quality Control - Validate MEP system design against project specifications and local codes - Coordinate value engineering exercises and support construction teams 4. Leadership & Communication - Lead coordination workshops and provide technical guidance - Prepare progress reports and liaise with project management teams Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering - 5 - 15 years of experience in MEP coordination and BIM-based roles - Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360 / ACC proficiency - Strong understanding of construction methodologies and MEP systems - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Attributes - Experience in large-scale projects - Certification in BIM Management (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) - Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadline
