Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical BIM Coordinator specializing in Public Health to join our team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes in public health infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless coordination between various disciplines and stakeholders. Develop and maintain BIM execution plans for public health projects Coordinate with project teams to ensure consistent BIM standards and workflows Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts between different building systems Create and manage federated models for public health facilities Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to optimize design and construction processes Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations specific to healthcare facilities Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software and best practices Generate reports and presentations to communicate BIM-related information to project stakeholders Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and industry trends in public health infrastructure Qualifications Bachelor&aposs degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in BIM coordination, preferably in public health projects Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Strong knowledge of MEP systems and their applications in healthcare facilities Demonstrated experience in clash detection and resolution Excellent understanding of building codes and regulations related to public health infrastructure BIM certification, such as Autodesk Certified Professional, is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with multidisciplinary teams Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities Experience in healthcare facility design and construction is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Willingness to stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices in BIM and public health infrastructure Show more Show less

The BIM Manager will oversee the BIM process across multiple projects, ensuring consistent standards, workflows, and quality. This leadership role bridges technical excellence with strategic oversight, working closely with project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure the effective use of BIM technologies. Role & Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of company-wide BIM standards, protocols, and best practices. Manage BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), model coordination workflows, and digital delivery strategies. Coordinate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure BIM deliverables meet quality and compliance requirements. Oversee model creation, clash detection, and coordination activities using platforms such as Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360. Provide training, support, and mentorship to BIM coordinators, modelers, and design teams. Ensure models are developed to appropriate LOD (Level of Development) for each phase of design and construction. Collaborate with IT and leadership to evaluate and implement new BIM tools, plugins, and automation strategies (e.g., Dynamo, Forge). Monitor project progress and ensure BIM deliverables align with project milestones and client expectations. Required Qualifications: • Bachelors or master's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • 10+ years of relevant BIM experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or management role. • Deep knowledge of BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, AutoCAD, and coordination tools. • Strong understanding of project lifecycle workflows and BIM applications from design to construction and FM. • Experience managing large and complex projects in a BIM environment. • Excellent organizational, communication, and team management skills.
