Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Model Development & Detailing:

Develop and manage
3D BIM models
for signage, faades, and architectural branding elements using
Revit Architecture
and
AutoCAD
.
Create
Revit Families
for signage components, ensuring parametric accuracy and adherence to project standards.
Prepare
Revit Sheets
for GA drawings, shop drawings, and fixing details based on architectural and structural inputs.

Coordination & Quality:

Perform
clash detection
in
Navisworks
and coordinate resolutions with architects, PMCs, and clients.
Issue approved drawing sets for fabrication and installation, ensuring compliance with
LOD requirements
and project specifications.

Documentation & Approvals:

Maintain
drawing registers
, revision logs, and submission trackers.
Coordinate submittals for client/PMC approvals (preferred: experience with L&T / MACE).

Preferred candidate profile

Education:
B.Arch in Architecture, or Diploma/B.Tech in Civil, Architecture, or Mechanical.
Experience:
2+ years BIM (Revit) experience in signage, aluminium works, faades, or interiors.
Proficiency in
Revit Families & Sheets
,
AutoCAD
, and
Navisworks
.
Ability to interpret architectural/structural drawings into accurate BIM models.
Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
