BIM Architect

Role Overview: As a BIM Architect at Intec Infra, you will support the team on various projects using your expertise in Building Information Modeling. Your primary responsibilities will include basic modeling works, reviewing and ensuring model quality, following BIM standards, and producing BIM deliverables within the scheduled time. Key Responsibilities: - Perform basic modeling works as assigned by seniors. - Review and check model quality according to the assigned work. - Ensure adherence to BIM standards such as fonts, dimensions, line styles, levels/layers, etc., throughout the project. - Verify that there are no unintended model components and that the design intent has been followed. - Produce BIM deliverables as outlined in the BIM execution plan within the scheduled timeframe. Qualifications Required: - B.Arch/M.Arch or foreign equivalent in Architecture from a reputed University. - Preferably 3-8 years of experience in BIM detailing work from preconstruction through the handoff phase of commercial construction. - Good knowledge of Revit Architecture. - Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks, SketchUp. - Basic collaborative and organizational skills with effective communication abilities.
