We are seeking an experienced BIM Architect with a strong background in 3D modeling, project coordination, and BIM management. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in design, construction documentation, and on-site collaboration. This role requires hands-on involvement with our team in Pune to ensure seamless integration of BIM processes across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed BIM model and other BIM software.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure model accuracy and adherence to project standards.
• Generate construction documentation and assist in clash detection and resolution.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to optimize design solutions.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee BIM implementation and ensure project alignment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in BIM and 3D modeling.
• Computational modelling
• Strong communication skills for team coordination and on-site discussions.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
