The BIM Manager will oversee the BIM process across multiple projects, ensuring consistent standards, workflows, and quality. This leadership role bridges technical excellence with strategic oversight, working closely with project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure the effective use of BIM technologies. Role & Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of company-wide BIM standards, protocols, and best practices. Manage BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), model coordination workflows, and digital delivery strategies. Coordinate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure BIM deliverables meet quality and compliance requirements. Oversee model creation, clash detection, and coordination activities using platforms such as Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360. Provide training, support, and mentorship to BIM coordinators, modelers, and design teams. Ensure models are developed to appropriate LOD (Level of Development) for each phase of design and construction. Collaborate with IT and leadership to evaluate and implement new BIM tools, plugins, and automation strategies (e.g., Dynamo, Forge). Monitor project progress and ensure BIM deliverables align with project milestones and client expectations. Required Qualifications: • Bachelors or master's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • 10+ years of relevant BIM experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or management role. • Deep knowledge of BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, AutoCAD, and coordination tools. • Strong understanding of project lifecycle workflows and BIM applications from design to construction and FM. • Experience managing large and complex projects in a BIM environment. • Excellent organizational, communication, and team management skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Masters degree in BIM, Digital Construction, or related discipline. • BIM certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, RICS BIM Manager Certification). • Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards and Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms. • Experience with scripting tools (e.g., Dynamo, Python etc.). • Knowledge of integrated project delivery (IPD), Lean Construction, or VDC methodologies.
