You are one of the industry leaders offering a platform for property and casualty (P&C) insurance for carriers in the U.S. and worldwide. The position you are applying for is a scrum team lead with experience in Guidewire integration. As a scrum team lead, your main responsibilities will include leading Guidewire Integration teams, specifically in PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter. You will be expected to provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and offer mentorship to integration developers. Your expertise in Guidewire Integration Gateway/architecture and exposure to the Guidewire cloud platform will be crucial in this role. Additionally, being Guidewire ACE certified in Integration is a must-have requirement. It would be nice to have a deep understanding of P&C Insurance processes and data, as well as experience in leading technical sprints, estimations, and backlog grooming.
