Job Description Billing Executive We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in billing and a strong understanding of invoicing processes, client coordination, and payment follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: Generate and send accurate invoices to clients within the defined timelines. Regularly follow up with clients via email and phone for outstanding payments. Maintain, verify, and update billing records in the accounting system. Address and resolve client queries or disputes related to invoices in a professional manner. Coordinate with clients to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payment closure. Prepare periodic reports on billing status, outstanding amounts, and payment collections. Utilize MS Excel effectively for maintaining billing data, preparing reports, and reconciling accounts. Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate in any discipline. 2–3 years of relevant experience in billing and accounts. Strong communication and client-handling skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software. Ability to work with accuracy, attention to detail, and timelines. Compensation: Salary range – 20,000 to 22,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
