Billing Operator - Vaccine House, Bhopal Location: Bhopal Role Type: Full-time Industry: Pharma Distribution Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and looking to build a long-term career in the growing pharmaceutical industry? Vaccine House, Bhopal is hiring a Billing Operator to join our operations team! Key Responsibilities: Generate timely and accurate billing for all customer orders. Ensure all invoiced items are properly stocked and dispatched. Handle the technical aspects of billing using our software (training provided). Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth order processing. Work closely with the Store In-Charge to ensure monthly stock audits are completed diligently. Take proactive ownership of billing processes and ensure operational compliance. What We're Looking For: Basic computer knowledge is essential (MS Excel, email, etc.). Willingness to learn and adapt to new software (training provided). Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and commitment. Interest in building a long-term career in the pharmaceutical sector.
