As a WebPT Order Desk Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Members, Sales, Success, and Operations teams. Your responsibilities will include efficiently processing orders for new and existing customers, verifying signed agreements and quotes for accuracy, and managing member account provisioning and de-provisioning. You will also handle billing inquiries, perform financial transactions, ensure product delivery accuracy and timeliness, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate billing and provide support within the Case Management System. Your key responsibilities will include managing and supporting the quote-to-cash process, verifying signed agreements against system quotes using SalesForce, reviewing contract billing events, tracking pending contractual and billing issues, managing the SFDC Case Management System, correcting invoices and credits as needed, responding to account-related questions, processing new sales orders, fulfilling member requests for account changes, and adhering to confidentiality and compliance regulations, including HIPAA. To qualify for this role, you should have an Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, along with at least 2 years of relevant professional work experience in Order Management or Deal Desk functions. You must possess advanced MS Office skills, the ability to work in accounting software systems such as Salesforce and Sage Intacct, and experience with Salesforce. Additionally, experience reviewing contract terms, reconciling customer invoices, and working in a high-volume environment would be beneficial.
