As a WebPT Order Desk Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Members, Sales, Success, and Operations teams. Your responsibilities will include efficiently processing orders for new and existing customers, verifying signed agreements and quotes for accuracy, and managing member account provisioning and de-provisioning. You will also handle billing inquiries, perform financial transactions, ensure product delivery accuracy and timeliness, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate billing and provide support within the Case Management System.
