Job Description

Job Title: Billing Executive

Location: [Ludhiana, Punjab]
Job Type: Full-Time

About Us:

We are a clothing wholesale firm looking for a Billing Executive to manage our invoicing and billing operations with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and generate customer invoices in a timely manner.
Verify sales orders, delivery notes, and related documents before billing.
Maintain billing records, payment receipts, and credit/debit notes.
Coordinate with the accounts team for reconciliation of invoices and payments.
Ensure compliance with GST and other statutory billing requirements.
Resolve billing discrepancies and communicate with clients/customers for clarifications.
Support in preparing billing reports for management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting or equivalent.
0–2 years of experience in billing/accounting (Freshers with good knowledge can apply).
Proficiency in MS Excel and billing/accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
