Manage end-to-end billing processes across multiple clients or business units.
Ensure timely and accurate generation of invoices in compliance with contracts and SLAs.
Perform detailed revenue analysis and reconcile billing data with accounting records.
Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations to validate billing inputs.
Monitor and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and escalations efficiently.
Maintain and update billing systems, customer records, and rate cards.
Prepare and present periodic billing reports, aging analysis, and revenue forecasts.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Ensure adherence to tax laws (GST/VAT), regulatory guidelines, and internal policies.
Participate in system upgrades, automation projects, and process improvement initiatives.
Train and mentor junior billing staff as required
