Location: Bahadurgarh

Key Responsibilities

• Invoice Generation: Prepare and issue accurate invoices and statements to clients based on services rendered or products sold.
• Payment Processing: Receive, sort, and apply incoming payments to the correct client accounts.
• Account Management: Maintain and update client records, tracking account balances and identifying any inconsistencies.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Review billing information for accuracy and resolve any errors, discrepancies, or billing issues.
• Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries regarding their bills, providing clear information and resolving issues promptly.
• Reporting & Analysis: Generate and analyze reports on billing activities, outstanding debts, and payment trends for management.
• Compliance: Ensure that all billing procedures and records comply with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and finance, to ensure accurate and complete billing information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
