Billing Executive- Eligibility Verification - Voice

Job Description: You will be responsible for communicating with Dental Insurance to obtain the benefits details of the patient's dental policy and the status of outstanding dental claims. Your role will also involve understanding additional guidelines that may impact coverage and obtaining benefit information on the required template. Qualification Required: - Undergraduate / Graduate or equivalent education - Prior experience in Dental Billing preferred - Familiarity with CDT, ADA, HIPAA will be advantageous - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English - Top-notch interpersonal skills with a commitment to excellent client service - Ability to work with sensitive patient information while maintaining confidentiality - Capacity to work in US Shift Timings (Night Shift) - Typing Speed 40 WPM or more with minimum 95% accuracy - Familiarity with MS Office applications - Experienced candidates only Additional Details: The company offers benefits such as a fixed salary, paid leaves, no extra hours working, incentive-based target system, US Federal Holidays, fixed week offs on Saturdays & Sundays, health insurance, night shift meal, tea/coffee, and no salary bar for the right candidates.
