Job Description Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Engineer with proven experience in commercial or healthcare construction projects. The role involves preparing, verifying, and processing contractor and subcontractor bills in line with project milestones and contractual terms. The candidate will be responsible for quantity take-offs, rate analysis, certification of bills, reconciliation of materials, and coordination with project teams to ensure timely and accurate billing.
