Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Billing & Documentation

Checking & verification of R.A. (Running Account) & subcontractor/vendor bills as per contract BOQ, drawings, and site progress.
Ensure all measurement sheets, backup documents, and quantity calculations are accurate and complete.
Maintain billing logs, contract variations, and amendment records.

2. Measurement & Quantity Verification

Coordinate with site engineers for joint measurements.
Prepare and verify quantity take-offs, material consumption statements, and reconciliation reports.
Track executed quantities against BOQ for billing and cost control.

3. Contract Compliance & Coordination

Ensure all billing activities comply with contract terms, specifications, and approved schedules.
Coordinate with the client, consultant, project manager, and accounts team for billing approvals and payments.
Support preparation of claims, variations, escalation reports, and change orders by concern department.

4. Financial Documentation & Reporting

Assist in preparing monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and project financial dashboards.
Monitor billing status, receivables, and payment follow-ups.
Prepare reconciliation statements: BOQ vs. executed quantities vs. billed quantities.

5. Process Control & Support

Maintain all billing-related documentation for audits and project closing.
Support project planning and scheduling teams with progress-based billing data.
Identify discrepancies in drawings and contract documents and coordinate timely resolution.
