Billing engineer

Role Overview: As a Billing Engineer in the Real Estate Industry, your primary responsibility will involve preparing quantity sheets from onsite data and drawings. You will be required to prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) and bills with item rates from tenders. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and processing subcontractor bills, taking measurements from the site engineer, ensuring work is done as per company protocol, reviewing listed quantities items, checking and certifying bills and invoices from vendors and contractors, checking measurements, certifying bills, and preparing reconciliation statements. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings - Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tender - Prepare & process subcontractor bills - Take measurements from the site engineer - Ensure work is done as per the protocol of the company - Review the quantities item listed - Check and certify bills and invoices from vendors and contractors - Check measurements - Certify bills - Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word - Prepare reconciliation statements Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the construction or real estate industry - Strong knowledge and experience in billing engineering processes - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work efficiently and accurately - Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word Kindly note that the job type for this position is Permanent and the work location is in-person at Ahmedabad.
