Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Billing & Digital Marketing Executive to manage both customer billing operations and online marketing activities for our clothing store. The ideal candidate will handle in-store billing, maintain accurate sales records, and develop effective digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales—both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:Billing & Store Operations:

  • Handle customer billing using POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage cash, card, and online transactions responsibly.
  • Maintain daily sales reports and reconcile cash registers at closing.
  • Coordinate with inventory and sales teams to ensure accurate stock updates.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support during checkout.
  • Handle billing-related queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Digital Marketing:

  • Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns for social media (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.) and other online platforms.
  • Create and post engaging content including photos, videos, reels, and promotional offers.
  • Manage paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to increase store footfall and online visibility.
  • Respond to customer messages and inquiries on digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with photographers and designers for content creation.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.
  • Maintain and update product listings on online marketplaces (if applicable).

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in retail billing and/or digital marketing (experience in fashion or clothing industry is a plus).
  • Knowledge of billing software/POS systems.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media management.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills are an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
