Accurately receive, record, and relay messages for guests and staff. Communicate professionally and clearly with guests and coworkers. Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure seamless service. Serve as a role model for departmental procedures and service standards. Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company confidentiality and asset protection standards. Use property management systems and POS tools to locate and enter guest data. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods while performing guest-facing responsibilities.
