We are dedicated to guiding students to find their innate talent and purpose. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Bhopal for a Network Administrator. The Network Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, configuration, and monitoring of our school's computer networks. This includes managing network security, troubleshooting network issues, ensuring optimal network performance, and supporting end-users with technical issues. The individual will work closely with IT staff to ensure a secure and efficient network infrastructure. Qualifications Strong understanding of network infrastructure, network hardware, and network protocols Experience with network administration, including configuration, maintenance, and monitoring Proficiency in network security practices and tools Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for network issues Excellent communication skills to assist end-users and collaborate with IT staff Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CIC, ITILv4, MCSE, and Sophos certification.
