As the Executive Director/Vice President, Value & Access, your primary responsibility will be to serve as a senior advisor and thought leader, guiding clients through intricate market access challenges. You will work closely with account leads and consultants to provide impactful insights and solutions in areas such as pricing, contracting, reimbursement, and value-based strategies. Your expertise will play a crucial role in shaping client deliverables, presentations, and strategic direction to ensure alignment with brand objectives and compliance standards. Additionally, you will be expected to offer honest and direct assessments of therapeutic value, both independently and in comparison to the competitive market landscape. Your role will involve supporting project delivery by offering strategic guidance, developing content, and reviewing client-facing materials while providing documented feedback. Furthermore, you will act as an extension of our business development team by contributing to sales efforts, refining content for client presentations, and engaging with prospective clients. Your ability to analyze data, engage stakeholders effectively, and communicate clearly will be essential in delivering actionable recommendations that drive product access and commercial success. This is a prominent role suitable for an experienced professional who is passionate about revolutionizing access within the life sciences sector. In order to excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess real-world experience in and provide strategic support for the US healthcare system, including areas such as clinical value assessments, formulary management, contract negotiations/rebate administration, site of care economics, buy and bill practices, patient support access, provider networks, and drug reimbursement dynamics. A healthcare-related degree (e.g., PharmD, RPh, MD, MPH) is preferred, along with the ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings, conferences, and company events. Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of business tools is also required.
