Required Qualifications: ✔ 1–5 years of experience in tele-calling, counseling, or field sales roles. 🗣 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 💪 Strong negotiation and persuasion ability. ⚡ Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. 🧰 Experience with CRM tools and telecommunication systems preferred. 🎯 Goal-oriented, self-driven, and motivated to achieve success. 💻 Basic proficiency in MS Office applications is an advantage. 🌐 Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential, along with command over at least one regional language relevant to the job location.
