Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Head of Business Development to lead all Sales & Partnerships initiatives. This role will be responsible for building institutional partnerships, securing BFSI recruitment collaborations, driving B2C/B2B revenue growth, and scaling strategic partnerships across India and globally. Key Responsibilities: Own B2B institutional partnerships with colleges, corporates, and training institutes. Establish BFSI sector HR partnerships for placement pipelines. Drive SaaS licensing deals for corporate L&D and enterprise training. Build revenue channels across student enrolments, placements, and B2B licensing. Build and lead a sales pipeline using CRM and digital marketing leads. Collaborate with product, curriculum, placement, and tech teams. Represent Fintech Academy at industry events, HR summits, and BFSI networking platforms. Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Desired Qualifications: 7+ years in EdTech, SaaS, BFSI sector business development. Proven B2B institutional sales success. Strong BFSI recruiter and corporate HR network. Excellent negotiation, partnership, and relationship management skills. MBA preferred.
