Key Responsibilities: * Dealer Network Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new dealers in Odisha and Chhattisgarh to increase market coverage and ensure effective product reach. * Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with both existing and prospective dealers to foster long-term business success. * Marketing Program Execution: Implement localized marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and dealer support programs aimed at increasing product visibility and sales. * Market Research & Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, gather regional market data, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. * Reporting & Analysis: Deliver regular reports on dealer performance, market trends, and the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to the senior management team.
