Job Title: Assistant Manager – Sales Location: Odisha & Chhattisgarh Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Assistant Manager – Sales to lead the expansion and development of our dealer network in Odisha and Chhattisgarh. The role focuses on identifying new business partners, strengthening existing dealer relationships, executing targeted marketing campaigns, and gathering market intelligence to drive strategic growth. Key Responsibilities: * Dealer Network Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new dealers in Odisha and Chhattisgarh to increase market coverage and ensure effective product reach. * Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with both existing and prospective dealers to foster long-term business success. * Marketing Program Execution: Implement localized marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and dealer support programs aimed at increasing product visibility and sales. * Market Research & Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, gather regional market data, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. * Reporting & Analysis: Deliver regular reports on dealer performance, market trends, and the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to the senior management team. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field * 4–5 years of experience in B2B sales, channel development, or dealer management, preferably in manufacturing, agri or capital goods. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office-Excel, Word, PPT * Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions Show more Show less
