Salesforce Business Analyst – Drive Business & Technology Alignment Location: Bengaluru | Full-time | Immediate Joining About the Role We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business users and technical teams. You will work closely with stakeholders , gather and analyze requirements, and ensure Salesforce is configured to deliver impactful business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, document, and analyze business needs. Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications. Work with Salesforce Developers, Admins, and Architects to design and deliver solutions. Configure Salesforce (Reports, Dashboards, Flows, Automation tools). Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements. Facilitate UAT, training, and ensure smooth user adoption. Maintain Salesforce data integrity, compliance, and security. Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s in Business, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years as a Business Analyst (preferably Salesforce). Strong knowledge of Salesforce products (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Cloud, CPQ). Experience with Agile, business process mapping, and stakeholder management. Hands-on with Salesforce Reports, Dashboards, Flows, Automation. Salesforce certifications (Business Analyst, Admin, Consultant) preferred. Preferred Skills Salesforce integrations and third-party apps. Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning (nice to have). Domain experience in Finance, Healthcare, or Retail. Why Join Us?
