As we accelerate our growth journey, we are looking to onboard an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive who has deep industry knowledge, a strong sales mindset, and solid relationships across the hospitality, food service, and institutional catering sectors. This is a strategic position ideal for someone who thrives in high-performance environments and has a proven track record in B2B and institutional sales. Who We're Looking For: Industry Experience: Minimum 4–10 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, institutional sales, or corporate sales, preferably within contract catering, food services, hospitality, or facilities management industries. Preferred Background: Candidates with prior experience at Sodexo, Compass Group, Elior, Rebel Foods, Stanza Living, Foodlink, HungerBox, Curefoods, Lite Bite Foods, ISS Facility Services, Zesty Kitchen, Swiggy Food Services, Jubilant FoodWorks or similar catering/hospitality organizations will be given strong preference. Market Understanding & Network: Must possess a strong network of decision-makers in schools, hospitals, colleges, corporates, manufacturing units, industrial kitchens, and institutions. Ability to independently develop and manage client relationships from lead generation to closure. Sales Expertise: Experience in B2B sales, institutional/corporate selling, channel sales, and long-cycle consultative selling processes. Strong proposal-building, negotiation, and pitch presentation skills.
