Role: Internal Sales ManagerExperience: 4 - 5 yearsIndustry: Defence & Aerospace About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic Internal Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling sales proposals, responding to RFPs/RFIs, managing the sales funnel, and maintaining strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities: Prepare sales proposals and budgetary quotes Ensure timely submission of RFP/RFI responses Build and maintain a sales funnel, following up to close orders Develop and nurture strong client and prospect relationships Coordinate with tech support & delivery teams for order fulfillment Track RFP/RFI submissions and ensure closure Participate in expos, demos, and industry events Act as the primary point of contact for internal sales inquiriesRequirements: Proficiency in Hindi (spoken) & English (strong vocabulary) Willingness to travel as required Experience with CRM systems is a plus Knowledge of GeM Portal, IMTAR, DAP 2020, and MIL standards is advantageous Prior experience in managing an internal sales team is a plus
