We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager who can manage both thought-leadership content for Bifrost and build a fresh, engaging digital voice for our new wellness product brand. What You’ll Do Bifrost (LinkedIn Focus) Own and grow the LinkedIn page as a hub for market entry insights, trend analysis, and bold opinions in retail, FMCG, and lifestyle. Create and curate engaging content formats – LinkedIn articles, posts, infographics, and short-form video snippets. Develop a content calendar aligned with leadership’s thought pieces, speaking engagements, and industry news. Drive follower growth and engagement with C-level and global professionals . Upcoming Wellness Brand (Instagram Focus) Build a unique Instagram page from scratch for our new global product. Create a content strategy that is quirky, visual, and shareable , aimed at Gen Z and millennial audiences worldwide. Work on storytelling without revealing the product name until launch, creating buzz and anticipation through moodboards, lifestyle posts, and interactive content. Experiment with formats like Reels, Stories, and Collaborations to grow organically. Position the brand as a global-first lifestyle play with cultural storytelling. What We’re Looking For 3–6 years of experience in social media management and content creation . A strong portfolio of LinkedIn B2B content and/or Instagram lifestyle/consumer brand campaigns . Ability to balance professional tone (LinkedIn) with playful, global aesthetic (Instagram) . Strong design sensibility; ability to work with Canva/Adobe Suite or guide designers effectively. Comfort with analytics – ability to track engagement, optimize campaigns, and report insights. A storyteller at heart: someone who can turn complex ideas into engaging posts that spark conversation. The Mission (high level) We’re building a design-first wellness brand that turns micro-rituals into beautiful, everyday products with a gentle, optional reward layer (no heavy app). Your job: shape the look & feel , product experience , and packaging system so it feels premium, modern, and globally relevant. What You’ll Own Design language: Define the visual + material system (form, color, type, iconography, finishes) across physical product and print. Ritual → product translation: Turn micro-ritual concepts into simple, delightful product formats and instruction artifacts (cards/mini booklets/micro-coaching cues). Packaging system: Create a scalable, sustainable kit + refill system (modular, compact form factor) and press-ready artwork. Gentle gamification (phone-light): Specify a minimal reward layer (streaks/badges/today view) that motivates practice without screen addiction. Prototype & pilot: Rapid mockups, user walk-throughs, iterate by signal; coordinate with vendors for a small pilot. 60–90 Day Outcomes V1 Creative System (brand kit, color/type, icon set, layout grids). Product & Packaging Concept (kit structure, refills, instruction artifacts) + 3D/visual mockups. Press-ready pack artwork + finish notes (matte/spot, etc.). What you’ll do Packaging & Print Turn concepts into press-ready dielines/artwork (AI/INDD) with finish notes (foil, emboss/deboss, spot UV, textures). Design labels, refills, inserts, instruction cards , barcode/info panels; maintain accuracy across SKUs. Prep files for vendors; support pre-press checks (CMYK/Pantone, trapping, bleed). Social & Content Create scroll-stopping IG posts, Reels covers, Stories, ads , email graphics, landing page assets. Build a reusable template system (type styles, grids, iconography) for fast, consistent output. Light motion for Reels/Stories ( AE/Lottie/GIFs ) a plus. Character & Illustration Develop and evolve our graphic personas — turnarounds, expressions, outfits, props. Produce scene illustrations , sticker sets, and simple animation-ready assets. Systems & Ops Maintain the brand kit (color, type, icons), component library, and naming/file hygiene. Collaborate with Creative Lead, Social, and Ops; work to weekly sprints with clear handoffs. Preferred Qualifications 3–6 years in brand/packaging/illustration or equivalent freelance track. Portfolio shows packaging craft + social chops + illustration/character work . Strong typography, layout, color; obsession with detail and premium finish. Comfortable with feedback loops and quick turnaround time, AI tools.
