Role & responsibilities Job Description We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager with 5+ years of proven expertise in managing end-to-end bid processes for large and complex RFPs, RFIs, and proposals, preferably in the IT, Banking, or Technology Solutions domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering compelling, high-quality proposals that meet client requirements and align with business objectives Mandatory Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). • Minimum 5 years of experience in Bid Management, Proposal Writing, or Pre-Sales roles. • Strong understanding of RFP/RFI processes, proposal development, and contract requirements. • Exposure to Banking Technology, IT Solutions, Enterprise Software, or similar industries preferred. • Excellent project management, organizational, and time-management skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly. • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple deadlines, and manage cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); knowledge of proposal automation tools is a plus. • High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality deliverables. Mandatory Skills Manage the complete bid lifecycle for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and unsolicited proposals, ensuring timely and compliant submissions. • Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Technical, Delivery, Legal, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to develop winning proposals. • Analyze RFP requirements, create bid plans, and assign responsibilities to cross-functional teams. • Prepare proposal documents, compliance matrices, and supporting materials. • Conduct risk assessments and ensure alignment with internal governance, legal, and commercial policies. • Coordinate technical, commercial, and contractual responses in line with client expectations. • Maintain a repository of proposal templates, case studies, references, and other reusable content. • Lead reviews, approvals, and submission processes for proposals, ensuring high-quality output. • Track bid progress, deadlines, and communicate updates to all stakeholders effectively. • Provide post-submission support including presentations, clarifications, and contract negotiations if required. Desirable Skills Familiarity with Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking, Digital Banking, ERP, CRM solutions, or Financial Technology solutions. • Experience with international bids, multi-country proposals, or consortium-based submissions. • Understanding of legal, commercial, and contractual frameworks in large bids.
