Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute procurement strategies aligned with overall project schedules and budgets. Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors and subcontractors to ensure value for money and timely deliveries. Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and manage contracts for materials, equipment, and services. Coordinate with logistics, project, and site teams to ensure proper and timely material delivery. Maintain vendor database and continuously assess supplier performance for quality, cost, and reliability. Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and company procurement policies. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all procurement activities. Contribute to cost-saving initiatives, procurement automation, and continuous process improvements. Handle claims, disputes, and contract modifications with vendors as necessary. Key Requirements: Diploma or BE in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related engineering discipline. Minimum of 10 years of hands-on procurement experience in EPC companies. Proven experience in sourcing for industrial and infrastructure projects (Oil & Gas, Power Plants, Water Treatment, etc.). Strong negotiation skills and understanding of commercial terms and international trade (INCOTERMS). Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms. Good understanding of contract law and procurement processes under EPC environments. Desired Attributes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
