Job Description Title: Assistant Manager, Bid Support Reporting to: Director, Bid Centre of Excellence To apply, Call HR Nikita at 8800307658 or HR Anisha at 9289050068 Key stakeholders: Proposal Managers/Directors, Business Line and Sales Leads, Sales Enablement and Operations Leads, Subject-Matter-Experts Direct reports: Bid Support Analysts and Specialists Duties & responsibilities The role requires the ability to manage and groom a team of Bid Support Specialists, Proposal Writers, Knowledge Management analysts for producing bids/proposals, draft responses, pitch presentations, case studies, various marketing collaterals, and repository of business metrics in accordance with Clients requirements and JLL value proposition. What this job involves? Develop and submit consistently high quality, compliant, customer-focused bid responses for RFIs/RFPs, proposal presentations and clarifications, within allocated time. Demonstrate a strong individual ability for proposal/business writing, understanding of proposal themes and flow of information, JLL business understanding, eye-for-detail for any gaps and errors, ability to develop impactful presentations, and incorporate graphic design inputs to finalize bid-related output. Develop / update / maintain proposal baseline repositories structured as per a logical taxonomy and content type and ensure processes for easy search and retrieval for the required proposal/topic at hand. Understand the various business sectors applicable for JLL and the proposal components for each sector (commercial/workplace, industrial, residential, hotels and retail). Where required, undertake research on customer and opportunity, and gather competitive information to feed into bid-evaluation process and responses. Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, while working both independently and with other proposal professionals. Employee specification • Graduate, with excellent academic credentials 1 0-12 years of experience from a professional services firm, including a minimum of 5 years of independent proposal writing experience, and a minimum of 6 years of team management experience.

Special Skill Set: * Advanced ability in developing project financial models, budgeting, and forecasting tools. * Prior experience with INDEX, OFFSET functions along with high competence in Scenario analysis and Macros. * Proven ability to understand and convey Corporate Finance concepts to Clients non-financial members. * Understanding of Debt funding, contract structures, Bid pricing, and deferred payment plans. * Strong organizational and time management skills for managing and coordinating a variety of tasks simultaneously. * Detail oriented with high level of attention to accuracy. * Top-notch communication skills and ability to effectively interact with global clients RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide advisory assistance to Clients during fund-raising transactions by way preempting investor queries and resolving them, coordinating, and collating all key information to be submitted to investors, preparing necessary analytical data, presentations and assisting with any other necessary activity in the process. * Communicate and liaison with existing and prospective equity investors, bondholders, lenders, rating agencies, developers, and other important stakeholders to understand key requirements of the bid and the underlying business model. * Detailed discussion with the client to understand their requirement and advise on the financing structure. * Develop financial models to capture financial and operating KPIs and ad-hoc financial analysis to drive better decision-making and prioritization for Bid submission and assessment. Ideal candidate will have experience in simulating financial modelling features including (but not limited to): Income Statement Bid Price and Volume sensitivity. Project and Contractual Life considerations Booking and Billing schedules Capacity utilization assessment Construction, operating and maintenance costs. Production driven salary and Wages schedules Commission structures. Rent to Own asset simulation. Debt financing arrangements Debt structure Repayment Structure and Tenure sensitivity Frequency and Moratorium sensitivity Distributions to equity Dividend pay-outs Earnout simulations for Bid executions. Capitalization IRR assessment Project and Equity IRR calculations OTHER ASPECTS: * Experience within analysis and financial controls. * University degree in Accounting or Finance. * Previous experience with Budgeting, Forecasting, and Planning is ideal. * Proactive, high energy and detail/results oriented. * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively. * Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast paced & complex environment with short deadlines. * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
