You are invited to join our team as a National Manager for mid and Large Enterprise engagements in Mumbai, Bangalore, or Delhi. As the National Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall go-to-market strategy and plan for Voice, Collab, Networks, Cyber Security & Surveillance product cum services in Large Enterprises and named Accounts. Your key responsibilities will include exceeding sales objectives through the effective utilization of direct and extended team resources. You will be expected to foster a team environment that combines empowerment with accountability, interacting closely with CIOs and IT Directors to drive success. Additionally, you should demonstrate the ability to thrive within a cross-functional team environment. To excel in this role, you should possess 10-12 years of extensive experience in Sales of Solutions for Audio/Video/Data Networking, Cyber Security, and Surveillance, with strong connections to OEM partners and expertise in supply chain management. You should have solid connects with industry leaders such as Crestron, Poly, HP, Extron, Logitech, MTR, Zoom, CISCO, Juniper, Extreme, Aruba, FortiGate, Pala Alto, among others. Your background should include a comprehensive understanding of IT Infrastructure, Collaboration, Cloud, and Networking sales across the country, specifically targeting named accounts in Large Enterprises and the mid-market. Experience in selling to verticals like Manufacturing, Education, Healthcare, and Hospitality will be highly beneficial. We are seeking candidates with excellent contacts with OEMs, suppliers, Consultants, contractors, architects, and a proven track record in developing and executing large and complex deals and proposals. Proficiency in handling both large Enterprises and Mid-Market segments is essential for this role. Furthermore, you should possess a deep understanding of a range of new age technologies and have a solid customer stakeholder network across the region and PAN India. Your experience in conceptualizing and executing bid activities and complex deals will be crucial to your success in this role.,
