We are looking for a Lead Analyst to drive strategic, data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role demands a hands-on leader who can blend analytics, data science, and stakeholder collaboration to solve complex business problems. You will mentor a team of analysts while also contributing as an individual contributor on high-impact projects. Key Responsibilities : - Lead a team of 4-5 analysts, offering mentorship, technical guidance, and project oversight. - Partner with business and product teams to develop analytics solutions that address core business challenges. - Build and deploy advanced analytics models and machine learning algorithms. - Design robust data models and create insightful dashboards for various stakeholders. - Work hands-on with tools such as SQL, Python, and visualization platforms like Metabase, Tableau, Power BI. - Ensure end-to-end ownership of projects, from data collection and cleaning to analysis, modeling, and reporting. - Maintain data integrity and quality across reports and models. - Stay current with the latest developments in data science and analytics to continuously enhance team output. Skills & Qualifications Required : - 4+ years of experience in analytics/data science, preferably in fast-paced, high-growth environments. - Bachelor's or Masters degree in Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. - Strong programming skills in SQL and Python; experience in building data models and ML solutions. - Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning concepts. - Experience in Product Analytics and building solutions for eCommerce platforms is a must. - Expertise in data visualization tools (Metabase, Tableau, Power BI) for dashboarding and reporting. - Proven track record of leading mid-sized teams and delivering projects on time. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into business actions. - Masters in Business, Business Analytics/Data Science is preferred, but not mandatory

The Product Manager is the business leader and end-to-end owner for a product line within our portfolio of Financial Reporting solutions and is dedicated to accomplishing lifecycle management and ARR optimization with a metrics-driven mindset. This role is responsible for driving the overall product vision and market strategy, roadmap, and the achievement of financial and customer experience goals. You are the market, customer, and product expert to the rest of the organization for your products segment. As the leader for your product line, you will execute the commercialization strategy across functions for the products with targets for bookings, annual recurring revenue, and retention.
