BI Publisher Specialist (Reporting)

You have a strong experience of 3+ years with Oracle BI Publisher for report design, template creation, and custom reporting solutions, particularly focusing on Onboarding reporting. You are proficient in SQL for developing intricate queries to extract and manipulate onboarding data. You also have experience with HCM Extracts and integration to extract and deliver onboarding data effectively. Your solid understanding of Onboarding processes includes task management, new hire workflow, compliance tracking, and training assignments. You have hands-on experience with Pod alignment in Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically related to onboarding data and processes. You possess the ability to collaborate with onboarding teams, HR stakeholders, and business analysts to define and deliver reporting requirements effectively. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain custom reports using Oracle BI Publisher, specifically tailored for Onboarding processes such as new hire reports, task completions, compliance checks, and training assignments. You will also be responsible for developing and managing data models to support onboarding reporting needs, ensuring the accurate extraction and presentation of data. Furthermore, you will create and manage custom report templates using Oracle BI Publisher to ensure reports are formatted to meet specific business and onboarding requirements. Your responsibilities will also include developing, testing, and deploying HCM Extracts to extract onboarding data from Oracle HCM Cloud to downstream systems, ensuring compliance and data accuracy. You will be expected to write complex SQL queries to support onboarding data extraction, reporting, and custom extract development. Your strong knowledge of Onboarding processes, including task management, new hire forms, training schedules, compliance tracking, and document management, will be crucial in ensuring that reports meet organizational requirements.
