BI Platform Engineer

You should have expertise in Data Analytics Tech such as Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx. You will be responsible for BI administration activities related to numerous reporting and visualization capabilities. Your role will involve troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis of production incidents, along with establishing countermeasures to enhance BI platforms. Monitoring server activity and usage statistics to identify performance issues and enhancements will be part of your responsibilities. You will also be involved in performance tuning and server management of the BI Platform environment, including clustering and load balancing. Additionally, you will manage and support the migration of BI Content from development to production environments. Developing strong BI development skills and collaborating with the business to design Tableau and Power BI Reports and Dashboards will also be essential. As the core point of contact in the center for BI platform issues, recommendations, and support, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the BI platform.,
