Associate Manager, D&AI BIOps (Business Intelligence Operations) Consumer & Commercial Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Manager BIOps Program Management to support and optimize Business Intelligence Operations (BIOps) programs. This role requires a hands-on professional with a solid foundation in BI governance, data analytics, cloud-based BI platforms, automation, and operational processes. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing scalable BIOps strategies, improving BI platform performance, and ensuring the availability, reliability, and efficiency of enterprise analytics solutions. Assist in managing and maintaining BIOps programs to ensure alignment with business objectives, data governance standards, and enterprise data strategies. Contribute to the implementation of real-time monitoring, automated alerting, and self-healing capabilities to enhance BI platform uptime and performance. Support the development and enforcement of BI governance models, operational frameworks, and execution roadmaps for seamless BI delivery. Assist in standardizing and automating BI pipeline workflows, report generation, and dashboard refresh processes to improve operational efficiency. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, CloudOps, and DataOps, to execute Data & Analytics platform strategies and foster a data-first culture. Provide operational support for PepsiCos Data & Analytics program and platform management to ensure consistency with global data initiatives. Ability to empathize with customers, convey confidence, and explain technical issues to varied audiences effectively. Ability to prioritize customer needs and advocate for timely resolutions through appropriate channels. Demonstrated ability to take ownership, drive results, and ensure operational excellence.
