You should have at least 8+ years of experience in designing and implementing reports/dashboards using the PowerBI tool. Additionally, you should possess a minimum of 3+ years of direct management/supervisory experience. Your expertise should include a deep understanding of Datawarehousing and database concepts, as well as familiarity with the lifecycle of report development work. Proficiency in BI fundamentals is essential, along with hands-on experience in Microsoft SQL Server Database development, any RDBMS tool, or Azure Analysis Services. Your responsibilities will include defining all aspects of software development, from selecting the appropriate technology and workflow to establishing coding standards. You will be required to effectively communicate concepts and guidelines to the development team, providing technical guidance and coaching to the reporting team. Monitoring the progress of report/dashboard development to ensure alignment with DW/RDBMS design will also be part of your role. Engagement with stakeholders is crucial to identify business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and determining the correct tools/mechanisms to record them. You will be responsible for presenting actionable insights through reports and dashboards.
