Job Title: BI Data Analyst/Specialist Location: Bangalore, Karnataka Experience: 6 to 9 years Salary: 17.5 LPA Employment Type: Full-time Skills: My primary Skills:- Snowflake, Data Analysis, Building ETL pipeline, Control-M, Jenkins(CI/CD pipeline), GitHub, AWS(S3, Glue, Lambda) Secondary Skills:- Tableau, Postgres Job Summary: As a BI Data Analyst/Specialist , you will be responsible for analyzing data, building ETL pipelines, and ensuring the seamless integration and movement of data across platforms. You will work with stakeholders to gather data requirements and produce actionable insights, while ensuring data quality, scalability, and efficiency. You will also play a pivotal role in managing data infrastructure, automating workflows, and working with AWS services, Our team is looking for a talented BI Data Analyst/Specialist to join our team and help drive data initiatives using Snowflake, AWS, and other cutting-edge technologies. Key Responsibilities: Analyze data and generate actionable insights to support business decision-making processes. Design, build, and optimize ETL pipelines to move data from various sources into Snowflake and other databases. Collaborate with Data Engineers and Business Intelligence teams to understand data requirements and build solutions. Automate data workflows using tools like AWS Glue , Lambda , and Control-M for scheduling and orchestration. Leverage Jenkins for building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for data-related processes. Manage version control using GitHub and ensure smooth deployment of data-related solutions. Work with Snowflake to create scalable, efficient data models and support querying and reporting activities. Monitor data pipelines to ensure they run smoothly and perform troubleshooting when issues arise. Use AWS S3 for data storage and ensure proper data governance practices are followed. Assist in the creation of dashboards and reports for internal teams and stakeholders using Tableau . Work with PostgreSQL and other relational databases to ensure data integrity and seamless integrations. Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards, especially in cloud environments. Skills and Qualifications: 6 to 9 years of experience in a BI Data Analyst/Specialist role or similar position. Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake , AWS S3 , AWS Glue , Lambda , and other cloud technologies. Solid experience in building and maintaining ETL pipelines . Proficiency in scheduling and orchestrating workflows using Control-M . Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline management . Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques and reporting tools, especially Tableau for data visualization. Experience with PostgreSQL and other relational databases for data manipulation and querying. Expertise in SQL for querying and data manipulation. Ability to work with large datasets and ensure high-quality, accurate data. Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and business intelligence methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, able to work with cross-functional teams. Nice to Have: Familiarity with real-time data processing frameworks such as Apache Kafka . Understanding of Data Governance and data privacy standards (GDPR, etc.). Knowledge of data modeling and database optimization techniques.
