Strategizing, implementing and maintaining program initiatives and action plans. Maintain, monitor and report on the program KPIs including project execution status, financial and operational metrics like ROI, resource management, productivity, client feedback etc. Create BI dashboards (for e.g., on Smartsheet/PowerBI/Tableau) to facilitate visual program monitoring and reporting. Perform routine program validation to ensure projects are on track. Maintain periodic governance cadence with CRISIL and S&P Ratings stakeholders to report on program performance, overall program and individual project level health, issues and dependencies. Produce presentation material, meeting minutes and action item follow-ups. Ensure documentation of processes, SOPs, controls for program operations Evolve best practices for program success for e.g., assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement. Remain agile to lead ad-hoc responsibility areas. Individual project level Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, cross functional teams, project execution teams at pre and post-mandate stages to drive timelines and actionable at individual project level. Sharing meeting minutes to capture timelines, actionable, and ensure alignment of project plans with client expectations and organizational objectives. Recommend improvements to execution teams on how their project plans can be further enhanced/streamlined to ensure successful execution. Identify and monitor execution risks across projects, collaborate with execution teams to ensure mitigation, and provide regular reports. Collaborate independently with execution leads on information required to govern project performance, for governance updates as required. Work with project execution teams to ensure maintenance and timely capture of data points required for program governance. Essential Qualification Bachelor s degree in business administration or related field Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Project Management certification will be added advantage Experience 5+ years practical experience in supporting end-to-end program/ project management and governance work for big-ticket/company-wide projects, including strategic initiatives. Hands-on experience in collaborating independently across functions/teams to execute project objectives within the committed timeline. Experienced in identifying and executing process improvement opportunities that facilitate efficient/effective execution of projects. Independent creation of PPT slides and visual dashboards for project reporting. Skills Strong verbal and written communication Exceptional skills in time management, facilitation and organization Experience in managing multiple stakeholders Strong client focus to adapt to changing customer needs Adept at developing partnerships High proactivity, agility, accountability, and independence Strong excel skills; knowledge of BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) will be added advantage Good powerpoint presentation skills

Key Responsibilities: - Supporting the development and implementation of a cohesive safety data strategy - Leading the data engineering efforts to ontologize a scalable data pipeline - Creating and maintaining highly integrated corporate safety data sources - Identifying opportunities for prescriptive and predictive use cases - Developing key safety metrics through data analysis - Providing actionable data-driven insights - Building comprehensive business intelligence tools and dashboards - Leading and coordinating with a team of data managers and subject matter experts - Collaborating with Digital Technology teams to leverage the latest in Data Science - Developing and implementing predictive/prescriptive data business intelligence for Safety Data Management - Collaborating with operational teams to analyze, predict, and reduce safety risks - Building and maintaining the "single source of truth" for United's Corporate Safety data - Communicating and sharing updates with senior leadership in the US and India - Defining, prioritizing, allocating resources, tracking, and providing status reporting of work assignments, projects, programs - Coaching and cultivating the team at the India Knowledge Center Location Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, information systems, engineering, or another quantitative field - At least 6 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, and/or data engineering - At least 1 year of experience in a leadership/supervisory role preferred - Expert level SQL skills - Experience with Foundry/Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and hands-on experience working with massive data sets - Intermediate to expert level BI dashboarding experience - Proficiency in writing complex code using traditional and modern technologies/languages - Ability to study/understand business needs and design data/technology solutions - Strong project management and communication skills - Legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship - Fluent in English (written and spoken) Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree - Palantir or Tibco Certifications Successful completion of the interview is required to meet job qualification.
