Roles and Responsibilities Manage civil construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Oversee site operations, including labor control, quality assurance, and safety protocols. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve project issues and ensure smooth progress. Proper understanding and ability construction of Over Head Tanks, Boundary Walls and Pump house works. Proficient in Drawings (OHT, Boundary Walls, Pump House & Pipe Laying) and BBS making. Execution of site work, material planing as required on daily basis. Cube testing (OHT, Boundary Walls & Pump house) & Functional knowledge of JMR. JJM Projects experience is a plus. Maintain consumption and construction material reports. Projection & completion task with given time. Maintain Quality & Safety. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes. Excellent communication and problem-solving. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Understanding of safety guidelines and regulations. Experience with project management software is a plus. Develop detailed project reports on time, scope, cost, quality, and resource allocation. Conduct regular site monitoring and inspections to identify potential problems and implement corrective actions.
