Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Nagpur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling residential and investment plots, conducting site visits, and building relationships with potential buyers. Duties include identifying sales opportunities, providing personalized consultations, ensuring smooth documentation processes, and meeting sales targets. This role requires effective communication and a deep understanding of the local real estate market. Qualifications Sales, customer relationship management, and negotiation skills Knowledge of the real estate market, particularly in Nagpur and surrounding areas Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to conduct site visits and manage documentation processes Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Experience in real estate or similar industry is an advantage
