Learn more at www.bhoomicontrols.com. Job Overview: We are seeking a smart, well-organized and proactive Female Executive Assistant to support top-level management. The ideal candidate should be proficient in coordination, follow-ups, and communication. Key Responsibilities: Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients Schedule and coordinate weekly and monthly meetings Follow up on meeting actions and tasks regularly Manage emails, appointments, travel bookings, and other administrative tasks Connect and maintain relationships with clients on behalf of the management Prepare reports and presentations as required Daily Plan: Review schedule, emails, and action points Follow up with departments on pending items Coordination calls/emails with clients Lunch break Prepare documentation/reports Assist in meeting preparations Join or schedule team/client meetings Final review and send end-of-day reports Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
