Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Sales Staff, located in Port Blair. The Sales Staff will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions. Daily tasks include maintaining product knowledge, managing transactions, updating sales records, and ensuring the store environment is welcoming and orderly. The Sales Staff will also collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns, handle customer feedback, and strive to meet sales targets. Qualifications Proven experience in sales and customer service Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of sales and customer service principles and methods Ability to work effectively in a team environment Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales software Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus Customer-focused mindset and ability to deliver excellent service . Can avle to drive 2 wheeler or 4 wheeler and having appropirate driving licence.
